This 4 bedroom 2 bathroom property was completed January 2009 and is fitted out with all the modern cons of home and more. With 4 king-size beds that split into singles if required. The property easily sleeps 8. On request extra beds could be supplied.
All rooms are fan cooled and air-conditioned. From the 37" plasma you can relax watching satellite TV. Wireless internet is available for those that need to keep in touch.
After a long day out you can relax in you private 7.5m pool or stroll 100m to enjoy the sandy beach of Mele Bay.
From your 18m long balcony you have views of the magnificent Port Vila Harbour as far as the eyes can see and only a 30 minute stroll down the sandy beach to Hideaway Island for the best snorkeling in the area.
To the right of the property you have a 300m walk to the 4th hole of the Port Vila Golf and Country Club which boast the best 18 hole course in Vanuatu and is the home of the Vanuatu Golf Open.
On Mele Road roughly 500m away is the Saloon Bar which brews and bottles their own boutique beers and also has a pizza and Italian restaurant for those lazy nights.
A 350m walk to the main Road will allow you to catch a local bus for AUD2.00 they will take you to the middle of town. Also available is a dual cab Ute licensed to carry 10 people which can be made available.
Mele Beach Retreat is built in a small estate that boast at the moment only 6 residential house with small families and couples, which leaves plenty of open space to venture in. Between this property and the beach there is a own area 100m by 45m to kick the footy around or whatever. At the front of the property overlooking the beach are 2 of the best shade trees you would ever want on your property. Perfect for a couple of cold ones while watching the sun set over Devils Point.
With property owners living next door any problems can be sorted out immediately to insure you have the best possible stay in Port Vila with no fuss. Any tours and other outings can be easily arranged for you.
